WILD BASIN LODGE

Wild Basin Lodge was once a tired, dated bed-and-breakfast with a rich history and incredible potential. Our role was to transform the lodge into a warm, elevated wedding venue while honoring its original character and rustic charm.

We worked closely with the owners to preserve existing architectural details and historic elements, while reconfiguring rooms and updating finishes to better support how the space is used today. The goal was to create cozy yet refined interiors that would serve as beautiful, photo-ready backdrops for couples and their wedding parties before heading out to the stunning ceremony locations along the river.

Through the use of playful wall coverings, thoughtfully selected furniture, and statement lighting, we refreshed each space without stripping away its soul. The result is a lodge that feels layered, inviting, and intentional, an updated venue that celebrates its past while providing a memorable setting for modern celebrations.

"The results and the experience were fantastic. The space is beautiful, functional, and also very personal for our family. We’ve been in our house for 24 years and the areas we’ve worked in look brand new. "

"They had great creative ideas and were wonderfully collaborative in working within my communicated scope. I had a project that involved lots of moving pieces and working within the confines of some previously existing items and a tough spaces and they excelled."

"Corinne is the best interior designer I have ever worked with!!"

"Corinne has an excellent eye for color, space and design. She has a great attitude, is always willing to work within any budget, and her concepts and estimates are well done and easy to understand. "

"We initially had C2 re-design the first floor of our home, but were so impressed by the work, that we also had them re-design and furnish our basement level. We are now having C2 help us re-do our master bedroom and bathroom. We also really appreciated that many of the design follow ups were done via email and that the designs were available electronically. We couldn't be happier with our home thanks to c2Design."

"Corinne and her team have been amazing every step of the way. Corinne's unique background makes her ideal for such a project; she works with the builder and architect to ensure every detail from electrical placement to all the finishes are perfect."

"The communication was excellent. Questions and concerns along the way were quickly answered. I loved how C2 Design continued to offer different options until we found the right color, piece or fabric."

"I've had Corinne and her team work on a few smaller room refreshes over the years in a few different houses, and then two years ago c2Design did a total remodel of the primary bath and refreshes of two other bathrooms. They took basic builder-grade cabinetry, fixtures and flooring and created a beautiful spa-like bath with more storage than I know what to do with. It makes me happy every day!"

"c2Design completely transformed our bungalow into a home that feels both stylish and personal. From the very beginning, the team impressed us with their knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail. Corinne, the owner, was incredible at figuring out our style—even when we weren’t sure how to describe it ourselves—and showcasing it throughout the entire house.

Every space now feels intentional and truly reflects who we are. What once felt like a house now feels like our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We’re so grateful for Corinne and the c2Design team and highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a home that feels beautiful, comfortable, and uniquely their own."
