Flat-Rate Packages offer the full benefit of our design expertise within a clearly defined scope. With set revisions and structured project boundaries, we ensure your vision stays on track—delivered with precision, within budget, and on time. • Note: Kitchens and baths may be billed as two rooms due to their complexity and are priced accordingly

For remodels, additions, new builds, or furnishing projects, this package is tailored for designs that evolve at their own pace. Our hourly services provide the flexibility to explore creative solutions while refining your vision through unlimited revisions. Each detail is thoughtfully considered to suit your needs, with all services billed hourly.

DEVELOPMENT

We offer a two-hour design consultation for local and remote projects, providing space layout and color suggestions tailored to your style. Follow-up includes inspirational photos, general furniture and finish suggestions and guidance, and any additional meeting tools to assist in transforming your space.

DETAILED DESIGN CONSULTATION

Interior designers focus on creating functional and visually appealing spaces for businesses and organizations by optimizing layouts, selecting furniture, incorporating branding, and considering factors like productivity and user experience to meet client needs.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS

PhotographyIn the contract phase c2 and the client formalize their agreement. Key aspects include defining scope of work, fee option defined, responsibilities, payment schedule, etc. This phase sets clear expectations to start the design process. Retainer Payment is submitted.

INQUIRY & CONSULTATION

DevelopmentInterior design development involves refining initial concepts, space planning, material and furniture selection, lighting design, detail development, creating technical drawings, and managing budget and schedule. It aims to enhance functionality and aesthetics of the space through careful planning and attention to detail.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

The interior design procurement process includes sourcing, detailed documentation, detailed drawings and elevations, specifications, creating orders, tracking deliveries, quality control, installations, and record-keeping to ensure timely and quality completion within project deadlines and budget.

DOCUMENTATION & PROCUREMENT

In the final stage, installation brings the design plan to life and involved white glove delivery, handy man services, and styling which adds finishing touches for visual appeal in preparation for client reveal and professional photography. This stage culminates in a client reveal and post-installation evaluation.
