MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

This large-scale multi-family project transformed a property that once housed three units into a thoughtfully designed 11-unit residential development. From the outset, the owners’ goal was to create a rental property that could appeal to a wide range of renters, offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences that feel cohesive yet flexible for different lifestyles.

We worked closely with the architect and builder to ensure each unit was both highly livable and visually appealing, while also prioritizing durability and ease of maintenance for long-term ownership. Material selections were made with longevity in mind, finishes that hold up to daily wear while still feeling modern, clean, and elevated.

Throughout the project, we focused on creating design-forward interiors that attract renters in a competitive market without unnecessary complexity. Each unit was thoughtfully detailed to feel intentional and well considered, striking a balance between style, function, and efficiency.

The result is a versatile, low-maintenance rental property that serves multiple demographics while supporting the owners’ investment goals, proving that smart design at scale can be both beautiful and practical.
