Our Design by Room service is perfect for clients who want a fully developed, professional design plan complete with drawings, specifications, and documentation that they can implement at their own pace.

Each room receives the same thoughtful, detail-driven design process we use on our larger projects. We begin with our intake and onboarding process to understand your style, goals, and how you want the space to function. From there, we move through schematic design and design development, refining concepts, materials, and selections into a cohesive, intentional vision for your room.

This service includes full construction documentation and design deliverables tailored to your space, giving you everything you need to hand off to your contractor or use as a clear roadmap for your project. While implementation is not included in this package, we welcome the opportunity to continue working with our team at our standard hourly rate for procurement support, contractor coordination, site visits, and installation. If you’d like us alongside you through the build and execution phase, we’re happy to stay involved and guide the project through completion.
