This once quintessential 1980s home, wrapped in oak from floor to ceiling, held decades of memories for its homeowners. As newly minted empty nesters, they were ready to reimagine the space with fresh energy, honoring its history while setting it up beautifully for the next chapter (and keeping future resale in mind).

We thoughtfully transformed the closed-in sunroom into a light-filled dining room that now flows seamlessly into a spacious chef’s kitchen, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The former formal dining room found a new purpose as a dedicated art studio for her, paired with a dreamy walk-in pantry that balances creativity with function. By touching every surface on the main level and completely reworking the primary bath, this renovation turned a dated home into a true showstopper, one designed to be loved for the next ten years and beyond.
